If you don’t see your clinic listed, please talk to your healthcare team about Cystic Fibrosis Relief Fund. Currently, we work with people who receive their care in Minnesota. We are working to establish relationships with clinics throughout the Upper Midwest.

Our beneficiaries are primarily adults 18+ but also children living with cystic fibrosis who receive their regular treatment and medical care at the Minnesota Cystic Fibrosis Center (MCFC), the MCFC’s Pediatric Specialty Care Discovery Clinic, Mayo Clinic or Children’s Minnesota and who are in potentially life-threatening health because they are going hungry due to temporary financial crisis. If you are interested in becoming a Relief Fund recipient, please ask the social worker at your clinic. As of 5/1/2022, we are currently not accepting new applicaitons; we will place you on a waitlist.
